Mottimo Pasta is a Himeji based franchise chain located in Fresta Mall. They specialize in Pasta only made with durum semolina wheat, which makes the texture of their pasta so unique. Their name Mottimo comes from the Japanese onomatopoeia “mochi-mochi”. There is no direct translation to this in English but it describes a type of chewiness that Japanese loves (like mochi texture). “Tomato sauce pasta with eggplant and bacon” has been their most popular pasta since establishment, come and enjoy quality pasta for a very affordable price.
